Some items we may be able to get in a larger size from a supplier, however the price may differ so its best to contact us first to discuss.
Resizing Down is easier to do and less expensive. When a ring is resized down, the jeweller cuts out the extra material from the bottom and solders the ends back together.
Resizing Up there are 2 ways
- A little extra piece of material is added at the bottom. This method can resize a ring up to 2 sizes larger. You'll have to pay for the extra material and craftsmanship.
- The cheaper option. The band is slightly stretched. But stretching it makes the ring thinner and weakens it. So this can only be done depending on the band. Usually it can only go half a size larger.
Resizing up always costs more because of the extra material cost. So if you're not sure what size is needed, it's best to get a larger ring and resize down if necessary

We offer customers the opportunity to return an item within 14 days of their order being delivered. Please note if your items are engraved or rings resized we cannot offer a refund.
Should you decide to return your item, we will issue you a refund, unless you have been notified otherwise prior to your purchase. This is providing it is returned no later than 14 days after the delivery date, in its unworn and original condition without any damage and with all accompanying documents and materials.
While we do offer all clients free shipping for orders over £30 when delivering your order, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping charge when returning to us.
For returns on purchases over £5000 please contact our team via email or telephone to request a refund. We do not offer returns on a custom/special order or used items.
If the item is faulty please contact us and we can check for the manufacturers warranty and whether the fault will fall under this. Items must be in the same condition it was sent in, with the original packaging and certification that it was sent with.
On receiving back we will have the item checked over by our specialists and contact you to confirm/deny the return. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser in the original method of payment.
Please note, we cannot accept refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
