Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 years or over, except employees of Foxhills Jewellers Ltd, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or administration of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. How to Enter
Entry is available through the Foxhills Jewellers giveaway page, as well as the official Foxhills Jewellers Instagram and/or TikTok accounts.
To enter the competition, participants must:

Like the relevant giveaway post and follow Foxhills Jewellers on Instagram and/or TikTok.
Participants only need to like the giveaway post and follow Foxhills Jewellers on one platform. Following both Instagram and TikTok is not required.
2. Bonus Entries
Participants may earn bonus entries by tagging as many friends as they wish in the comments of the relevant giveaway posts on Foxhills Jewellers' Instagram and/or TikTok accounts.
Tags must be genuine and comply with the relevant platform's rules. Spam, fraudulent entries or attempts to manipulate the competition may result in disqualification.
3. Competition Dates and Closing Time
The competition opens on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK (GMT) time on 21 December 2026.
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason.
4. The Prize
The prize is one Emerald Ring, as described in the Prize Details section above.
The prize is as stated, and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item at the winner's request.
Foxhills Jewellers Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
5. How the Winner Is Chosen
The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday, 22 December 2026, using an independent, paid giveaway platform designed to select winners fairly and transparently.
The draw will be made from eligible entries received during the competition period. Foxhills Jewellers Ltd reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility and entry before awarding the prize.
The promoter's decision regarding the administration of the competition and verification of entries will be final, subject to applicable law.
6. Winner Announcement and Notification
The winner will be announced on 22 December 2026.
The winner will be contacted by email and telephone only, using the contact details provided when entering the competition.

Please be aware of fake accounts and fraudulent messages. Foxhills Jewellers Ltd will never ask the winner to make a payment, provide bank details or share financial information to claim the prize.
We will not contact the winner through Instagram or TikTok direct messages to request payment or personal financial information. Please disregard suspicious messages claiming you have won and verify any communication using our official contact details.
If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within five (5) days of the initial notification, they will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be drawn at random.
7. Prize Delivery or Collection
Foxhills Jewellers Ltd will contact the winner to arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
As the competition is open worldwide, the promoter will confirm the delivery arrangements directly with the winner, including any applicable delivery restrictions, customs duties, import taxes or other charges associated with international delivery.
8. Disqualification
Foxhills Jewellers Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, submits fraudulent or misleading information, or attempts to manipulate the competition.
The promoter reserves the right to reject entries that do not meet the entry requirements.
9. Changes or Cancellation
Foxhills Jewellers Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
Any significant changes will be communicated through appropriate official channels as soon as reasonably practicable.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
Foxhills Jewellers Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties, technical failures, platform outages or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received or processed, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Publicity
The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
Any use of the winner's name, image or likeness for promotional purposes will be subject to their consent and applicable data protection and privacy laws.
12. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data submitted in connection with the competition will be processed by Foxhills Jewellers Ltd for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying entries, contacting the winner and arranging delivery or collection of the prize.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to entrants in their country of residence.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, TikTok or any other social media platform.
