If you are looking to repair your damaged or broken jewellery, resize a ring, reset a stone, replace a clasp, replace or restring a necklace, rhodium plate an item or just a clean & polish we are here to help. We are able to assist with most repair work.
As the Oldest Jewellers in Britain we have a wealth of knowledge and specialist workshop who will carry out any work needed and offer any advice on your jewellery.

Ship your items to our store including the emailed repair form. When your items are received safely we will let you know.
Await Assessment
Once your items have been assessed we will contact you to let you know the cost of the repair work.
Payment
If you agree to the repair we will send you a payment link to collect payment or we can return your item to you.

HOW DO I SEND MY ITEMS ?
It’s easy..
1. Complete the repair form and submit, await your copy via email.
2. Print off and send this with your items to the following address:

IS MY ITEM INSURED?
We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery to send us your items, which covers up to £750.00. For higher value items if you would like them insured, request this from the courier.
All items are returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery with £750.00 insurance. Please check the terms of cover to make sure this is sufficient and acceptable for you,
if you require a higher level of returns insurance please advise us. We will charge 2% of the required insurance value up to £10,000 cover.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS & TURNAROUND TIME?
Once we have your items we will contact you to let you know. With a few days we will provide you with a quote for the work, you can accept or decline this. If you accept and authorise the repair you will need to make payment, The work will then be carried out. We are working on lead times of around 2-3 weeks
If you decline we will arrange shipping back to you which is chargeable at the rate we pay for Shipping, we will discuss with you if you would like extra insurance, if not we charge you £14.99 to return back to you.
If you are bringing your items in person into store, please ensure you complete the submission form in advance and provide a copy of the emailed completed repairs form or pop into store and you will be provided with a receipt at the counter.
