Send Your Items
Post your items to our Bristol store. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery. We'll confirm safe receipt as soon as your items arrive.

Assessment & Quote
Within a few days we'll assess your piece and contact you with a quote. You can accept or decline — no obligation either way.

Payment & Return
Once approved, we'll send a payment link. Your repaired piece is returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery. See Shipping Terms for return items here.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for all returns, which includes cover up to £750. Full cover details can be found on the Royal Mail website. If you require a higher-level insurance cover, a fee of 1.5% of the item value applies (insurance available up to £10,000).
