Foxhills Jewellers offers postal jewellery repairs for customers across the UK. Simply complete the online repair form, include a copy with your jewellery and send your item securely to our Bristol workshop. Once received, we will confirm arrival, assess the work required and provide a repair quote before any work begins. If you approve the quote, we will send a secure payment link and return your repaired jewellery via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for all returns, which includes cover up to £750. Full cover details can be found on the Royal Mail website. If you require a higher-level insurance cover, a fee of 1.5% of the item value applies (insurance available up to £10,000. Customers in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas can drop jewellery off in-store at Foxhills Jewellers, Old Down Estate & Country Park, Foxholes Lane, Bristol, BS32 4PG.
