Connoisseurs Diamond Dazzle Stik makes cleaning diamonds and precious stones a breeze. Diamond Dazzle Stik's jewellery cleaning gel contains micro-fine cleansers and polishing agents that bring radiance and lustre to diamonds. Diamond Dazzle Stik formula contains a special polymer that fills tiny scratches in settings. It is formulated to clean diamonds, precious stones, platinum and gold jewellery settings, and regular use of Diamond Dazzle Stik in cleaning jewellery will improve its overall appearance.

 All UK orders under £100 are sent using ROYAL MAIL 2nd Class charged at £5.99, there is an option to send next day delivery with ROYAL MAIL signed for charged at £9.99

For UK orders over £100.00, we charge £9.99 for Next Day Signed for with ROYAL MAIL.

Next Day Shipping orders placed after 3.30pm Friday will be dispatched first thing Monday morning for a Tuesday delivery. 

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. The parcel will not feature any Foxhills Jewellers branding, so there is no need to worry about the delivery giving away a surprise.

For orders outside of the UK, we charge flat-rate shipping from as little as £9.99

We offer customers the opportunity to return an item within 14 days of their order being delivered. Please note if your items are engraved or rings resized we cannot offer a refund. All Brown and Newirth items are made to order and these are also not refundable.

Should you decide to return your item, we will issue you a refund, unless you have been notified otherwise prior to your purchase. This is providing it is returned no later than 14 days after the delivery date, in its unworn and original condition without any damage and with all accompanying documents and materials.

Returns - We kindly ask you to cover the shipping charge when returning to us.

For returns on purchases over £5000 please contact our team via email or telephone to request a refund. We do not offer returns on a custom/special order or used items.

If the item is faulty please contact us and we can check for the manufacturers warranty and whether the fault will fall under this. Items must be in the same condition it was sent in, with the original packaging and certification that it was sent with.

On receiving back we will have the item checked over by our specialists and contact you to confirm/deny the return. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser in the original method of payment.

Please note, we cannot accept refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
