Diamond Dazzle Stik's jewellery cleaning gel contains micro-fine cleansers and polishing agents that bring radiance and lustre to diamonds. Diamond Dazzle Stik formula contains a special polymer that fills tiny scratches in settings. It is formulated to clean diamonds, precious stones, platinum and gold jewellery settings, and regular use of Diamond Dazzle Stik in cleaning jewellery will improve its overall appearance.

UK Delivery

For UK orders, we charge £11.99 for Royal Mail Next Day Signed For delivery. Please note that while this is the service we use, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed after 3:00pm will normally be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Parcels are sent in discreet packaging and will not feature any Foxhills Jewellers branding, so there is no need to worry about the delivery giving away a surprise.

International Delivery

For orders outside of the UK, we offer flat-rate international shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer customers the opportunity to return an item within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Should you decide to return your item, we will issue a refund (unless you were notified otherwise prior to purchase), provided the item is:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unworn and in its original condition

  • Free from damage

  • Returned with all original packaging, certification, and accompanying materials

Returns Shipping

Customers are kindly asked to cover the cost of return shipping.
For jewellery returns, we recommend using Royal Mail Next Day Signed For, as this service provides insurance cover of up to £750.00.

For returns on purchases over £5,000, please contact our team via email or telephone to request a refund before returning your item.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, please contact us so we can determine whether the issue falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, including original packaging and certification.

Once received, all returns will be inspected by our specialists. We will then contact you to confirm or deny the return. Approved refunds will be made to the original purchaser, using the original method of payment.
