This is a service where we will carry out the repair or service you have requested on your submission form.

WHAT NEXT?

1. Send your Items to our store or drop them off, along with a copy of your submitted jewellery repair form to:

We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.

2. Once your items have been received in store we will be in touch to let you know.

3. Your jewellery will be sent to our workshop and we will email you or call you to confirm the price for the work you require.

4. If you approve the work we will send you a payment link and take payment, the work will then be carried out. If you decline the work we will return your items to you, you will need to cover the returns postage charge which can vary depending on if you would like it insured over £750.00.
